HOW DOES THE TRIAL WORK?

During the trial you have free access to a specific set of features without the necessity of providing your payment data. You can unsubscribe from Magello at any time without bearing any additional costs.

What does "price per reservation" mean?

We charge a fixed percentage for every reservation made by the user depending on the package. It also applies to canceled reservations. Group reservations are counted individually.

CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MAGELLO AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time.

CAN I CHANGE MY PACKAGE AT ANY TIME?

Yes, there exist such a possibility at any time

Do you backup Magello?

Yes. We know that data security is the most crucial factor and that is why we backup all our data min. once a day.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

YES, we are based in Poland, Europe and we issue VAT invoices.

Do i need to sign any document to use Magello?

No. Magello is based on a monthly subscription, so there is no need for any documents or long-term commitment.
